Packages received but not ordered

Hi there. Hope you can help with the above. I keep receiving packages which I haven't ordered. They all have my full name and address. I have refused a couple but others where left outside my front door so was unable to refuse them. I am really worried that this is part of a scam and that whoever is using my personal details has set me up as a seller maybe, despite never been a seller myself. I have called Ebay customer services but after an hour waiting was unable to talk to anyone. Please can someone help urgently and advise what to do next?
