MC113 on business account? First ever listing and we used InkFrog? Fraudulent company?

Hello folks!

My wife has a business in the UK. (Registered ltd at companies house, business premises etc). She currently sells on Etsy and at markets etc. I set up her business account yesterday and i purchased an InkFrog subscription to do her listings.

Last night i listed our first item (a wooden hanging shelf) annnnnnd we have been banned?!? We received an email saying our account is permanently suspended, and that it is a final decision?! I am literally flabberghasted??

Has anyone got even the remotest idea of why this would happen? I contacted InkFrog support and their response was equally as shocking! They just said its absolutely nothing to do with them. End Of.

Are InkFrog a fraudulent company and i have made a mistake?! Any help would be very very much appreciated as i was hoping ebay would prove to be a good sales channel for her!

Hi,

You are not alone, it has happened to many ebay small businesses, I have my own business already banned, without any idea why.

I have chatted, emailed and tweeted, without any person knowing the reason. 

Hope you get this solved.
