Listing ended early without my permission.

Hi, I had a listing on eBay a jigsaw puzzle, it was on for 7 Days and suddenly it ended before its time 2 days early without my permission stating [you ended this listing by indicating this item was sold] I never authorized anything to do with ending my listing,

Then straight away someone sent me payment for the item which was saying they won the bid which should not have happened 2 days before the end date, so I refunded their payment and explained this should not have happened but I've had no reply from them which makes me suspicious.

Is it possible they could get into my account?

What you claim is impossible.  Either you listed the auction for 5 days instead of 7,   or you ended the listing early. This is the only way the auction could have ended with a sale to the highest bidder.

Hi Thanks for your answer, and yes your right the only way is I must of accidentally pressed the end listing on my phone app.

Ebay do not end your listings & sell to highest bidder, 

if they remove your items it would be because you did something wrong & no one could buy it.

I suspect you clicked "end listing" by mistake.

By now refunding buyer, they may still leave appropiate feedback as you refused to sell.

Hi, This was not a buy it now auction, it was a 7 day auction and there where 7 bidders with 2 days remaining and suddenly someone placed a bid and the auction stopped 2 days early with the last bidder winning, I was not on the eBay site when this happened.
