I was just going to pay a seller and I see the account is now a non-registered user, what do I do?

I was just wondering do I still pay the seller with a non-registered account days after winning my bid.

I won a bid from this seller some days back and now the account is non-registered the seller also has one feedback but has been registered since June 2020.

I was just about to go and pay that seller and I see that the account has been non-registered.

Is it a scam ?

Will I lose my money if I pay?

If I they have a non-registered account now do I still have to pay? By eBay law of winning bid.

No, don't pay. The seller cannot access their account to post the item to you if they have been de registered.
