I have an email from Ebay in Chinese. How can I ask Ebay to sort things out? Hard to find a way.

I asked a Chinese seller about an article as I thought they were not being honest in the ad.. The seller sent me a series of non related emails but would not answer the given Q. I tried to contact Ebay who sent a reply - in Chinese.

sellers don't have to answer your questions

you can't report a seller for not replying to a question,

if you have bought this item go to the Resolution Centre and open a case

if you haven't bought from them find a different seller

use google translate to see what the message you have received says
