How do I report a seller for selling counterfeit products?

A beaurty product that I bought for my wife in April 2020 is a counterfeit. 

I am unable to report this to eBay on any of their portholes. How do I start a dispute?

The product code is no longer recognised but I have this seller and the product in my purchase history. 

What do I do next - any ideas?

Too late to do anything through ebay or paypal.

If UK business seller, you can report to trading standards.

Unlike eBay, PayPal requires buyers to return items at their own expense, unless you're eligible to activate "Return shipping on us" before filing the dispute, see: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Have to ask why you have suddenly decided a item you bought going on for 7 months ago is fake..
