i don't know how this person is allowed to keep operating there fraudulent activities on eBay.

Could it be because eBay simply doesn't care? I can't see any other reason. If eBay can scan every message between their millions of members to spot attempts to evade fees, don't tell me they couldn't do the same to pick up many fraudulent motor vehicle sales.

This has been going on for years. A senior police officer reported on TV that one criminal gang alone had created "multiple hundreds" of fake eBay accounts for motor vehicle fraud.

If they really can't stop the fraudsters, why doesn't eBay at least do the obvious, and remind all winners of motor vehicles that there is no buyer protection and they should see and inspect the vehicle before paying?

We know, and so does eBay, that many naive buyers don't even realise that eBay's money back guarantee doesn't cover vehicles. On one morning alone we heard from three buyers who had each lost over £6,000 buying non-existent vehicles. I absolutely do not believe that eBay couldn't do more to protect buyers.

it's not one person

it is criminal gangs and as soon as ebay shut down one outlet they are up and running through the next hijacked account,

if people were sensible and not pay for a car until they have actually inspected it, these fraudsters wouldn't be able to steal anyones money!
