Ebay in my opinion are REALLY letting their customers down.

No complaint section aimed at ebay

NO customer Support

Telephone lines CLOSED  !!

NO email to request support

Forums not set up to accomodate anything that needs to be raised with ebay, its all about sellers and buyers or the item this is not right.

Of course they are because they are basically unaccountable.

The forums are the very best place to seek advice as they are not 'manned' by eBay employees and the wealth of expert knowledge far out weights the flow chart response of eBay CS.

If you could post a query on the boards detailing the nature of the problem that you are experiencing, with some background information relating to the matter, then you should find that you will receive quite a few replies from other community members willing to offer you some advice in order to help resolve the problem.  Don't bother with asking eBay - trying to get decent advice out of eBay (as well as decent service) is like trying to get blood from a stone, so if you ask a question on these forums then you will more than likely get some answers from people who have had first-hand experience of the problem you describe, and who can therefore advise you far more accurately than any eBay employee could ever hope to be able to do.

Is this to do with your Global Shipping label?

If so you need to contact either Packlink or the carrier you used to purchase the label,the link for packlink is below.

Any other service you will have to contact yourself and you only have 15 days from purchase with Packlink to cancel

Sounds as though you only complain about what is not available. Think you should spend a bit of time reading WHAT IS AVAILABLE.  Most of the information is all over the site, it is very much DIY and very little need to involve CS.

When you have read it all come back and then you can complain.
