bought android box let me pay then told me they would give me £8 back stupidly I said ok and took the smaller box. It broke after two month I contacted them and they told me to take it to a shop to get fixed even more money for a cheap nasty item. So I have gave them £31 for a plastic useless box of nothing
Unfortunately you've gone about this completely the wrong way. What you should have done was to open an Item Not As Described case when the item first broke. If it's within thirty days of receipt of the item then you can open an eBay Item Not As Described case and get your money back that way. Hhowever, given that you've run out of time to open an eBay case open an Item Not As Described case via PayPal. PayPal give buyers a total of one hundred and eighty days from the date of payment to open a case against a seller if need be, so if you have not already done so try opening a PayPal case against the seller. Make sure that you escalate the case to PayPal after two days and before the twenty day cut-off point, and you should be able to get a total refund of the money that you paid for the item.
On a slightly separate note, it is against eBay's rules to name and shame people on the forums, no matter how justified you feel it is. Therefore, edit your post and remove the seller's User ID before an eBay Moderator sees your post and removes it for you. If that happens you'll receive a warning from one of the forum moderators. If you rack up too many warnings from the moderators then you could end up being suspended from posting on the forums, either temporarily or permanently.
