Does ebay promote cowboy-sellers? Why negative feedback I left to the seller disappeared?

The number of misleading posts seems too be tremendouse as same as the number of not-working, not-as-decribed, not-as-pictured, lower qality or those just randomly put into the box items greedy time and effort waisters post on ebay. What is ebay reporting tool for those issues? Could we find one? Why legitimate negative feedback is not shown?

Ebay can Remove Feedback at their discretion if it breaks their Policy.

No, of course not. Read the Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site). When you do, you'll see that Ebay fully supports buyers, not sellers.

Because it obviously included something which broke feedback rules. You can't just say whatever you like in public feed back - against the rules and the law, and can get you (and Ebay if they leave it there) sued for libel. If you can remember exactly what you wrote, word for word, someone will be able to point out where you went wong. Alternatively, check out the feedback rules for yourself in the Help pages.

That is what the Money Back Guarantee is for. If a seller has more than the expected number of cases opened in relation to number of sales, then they will soon find themselves paying additional selling fees for a start with other restrictions if their selling record does not improve.

Return cases for a seller work out very expensive, what with paying for return postage, a full refund of original payment and no refund of Paypal Fees.
