Does any1 know how to erase on persistent unwanted emails from a single email member via dashboard?

Thanks in adv, looking for way s to prevent unwanted messaging from a single member. know bids can be block, but can emails. thanks again for assistance!

If you're talking about Ebay messages, just tick the box in Buyer Requirements, the one that allows you to block blocked members from messaging you.  However, this won't immediately prevent messages arriving from buyers you've been in a transaction with.  They will be able to message you for something like 30 days.

If you're talking about emails, block them in your email account.

First of all go back to your My eBay page and click on the Accounts tab.  When the next page loads up click on Site Preferences and scroll down the page until you see the Buyer Requirements.  Click on the Edit tab in Buyer Requirements and a new page will appear on the screen.  Scroll right down to the bottom of the page and click on the box next to the sentence that reads "Don't Allow Blocked Buyers To Contact Me."  This is just a one-off procedure and once you have activated this option anybody who is on your Blocked Bidders List will be unable to contact you; however, if you have been in a recent transaction with the member in question then the blocks will take longer to kick in than they would do otherwise.  If, on the other hand, these messages are just from a potential buyer who you don't want to receive messages from and you have not previously sold to this person then the blocks will kick in straightaway as soon as you have added his/her User ID to your Blocked Bidders List and have ensured that the "Don't Allow Blocked Buyers To Contact Me" option has been activated.
