Bought an item for 5600.00 seller has gone dark does not answer my emails and has relisted same ite

I have bought an item for 5600.00 through Paypal on the 16th of September The seller has all kinds of excuses why she cannot send it out...sick, out of town, item in storage.  I have asked her to tell me when she is sending it out.  She has gone dark.  I see she has relisted the same exact item.  I cannot contact her or Ebay...what do I do

Just to add: If she has relisted it without cancelling and refunding you she will have had to pay full listing fees to ebay which for that amount of money will be quite substantial.

Thank you! I think she is playing games. It says that it is to come by Wednesday. She never let me know. I am afraid that she is sending a fake out to me since she is showing the exact one she sold me on her listing page.

Check the estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed go to More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page and click on "I didn't receive it".   If the seller doesn't accept it you will be able to escalate after 8/9 days to get a refund.

Escalate after 3 full business days.

Do not communicate with the seller and do NOT close the case until you have your refund.
