A buyer has bought two similar items and wants them Combined. He has used two IDs to buy.

One of the IDs is not set up to pay with PayPal. If I pack the vases together they will have the same Tracking. Can this work? Are there snags? Can an eBay username not have a valid PayPal associated account?

How do you know one is not set up with PayPal? A seller wouldnt have to know that.

if they used two different ID's you need to send separately,

you can't combine sales to two different accounts

buyers don't need paypal accounts, they can pay using a card, it is processed by paypal
