Yes... I agree with Wilsonhepple..probably an amateur artist. Not a bad painting, but the trees look a bit 'wooden'.....(no pun intended!).

Spooky.......that actually looks very like the Building / House that Van Gogh lived in at one stage, I think He may have shared it with Gauguin for a spell. They, along with others of that era ( Toulouse-Lautrec, Monet, Mondrian & Pissarro etc. ) spent a fair bit of time in Montmartre. Obviously it's been a draw for many Artists since.
