cant find the my eBay tab on my iPad

Make sure you have scrolled far enough to see above the blue search button at the top of the page. It should be there.

I should have asked if you use safari or the ebay app. The above is for safari. I don't like the app but having checked , without signing in, there is an icon top left of horizontal lines. Watching selling buying are there.

Just signed in to the app, and up on the left , left of the ebay logo is the icon made of 3 horizontal lines that offers much of the my ebay stuff, but I prefer going through safari
