So what would life be like if Germany had won the war?

We rightly pay respect to those who faught but then people say "We owe them so much". So, what is it exactly that we owe them, what would have resulted had we just capitulated?

For me I just have a knowing feeling !! 

Why being so busy thinking of yesterday or tomorrow when the moment is in my opinion where it happens !!!

I do not have to dwell on the past or the future just merely looking as to where I am at this moment in time & of course the journey I took to get there without it taking all my time & effort 

My thoughts only !!

So what do you think of what is happening in Palestine & has been happening for quite a long time now  ???

Are we seeing the same situation happening again & still happening in the 21 st Century ???

Could it be similar when you think about it but more subtle ??!!

The modern socialists always have difficulty with the Nazi Party being (National) Socialists and try to rewrite history to pretend that they weren't. The Nazis wanted to nationalise most industries, and subjugate the individual to the state, just like the Labour loonies. They only want us to remember the Nazi Holocaust and forget the rest of their socialist fantasies.

The name national socialists,was just that a name,nothing whatsoever to do with socialism,the right whingers always bring the name up to discredit socialism.The democratic republic of Korea or the Democratic republic of Congo.......you really think those names mean their people live in a democracy?

Judge the Nazis by their policies, not their name: nationalisation of most land and industries. Subjugation of the individual to the state. Pure socialism.

Yes,all for the war effort,pure fascism,anyway to most people hitlers beliefs and idealogy belong to the extreme right wing,Most conservatives believe in patriotism and a strong military,carry these ideas far enough and You arrive at hitlers extreme nationalism,Of course this association has long been an embarassment to conservatives,To deflect any criticism conservatives will try and argue hitler was actually a socialist ,some on here even state that President Obamha is a socialist ! Arguments could (and will???) rage for ever on the subject.

Originally, the National Socialists opposed both capitalists and communists and claimed to be socialists but it was their version of what socialists were.

They were neither Conservatives or Socialists, they became/were fascists/authoritarianists.

What happened was like the Conservatives forming an alliance with ukip, then ukip ousting any Conservative "oposition" to the ukip nationalism ideology and becoming authoritarians..........

Yeh, if you go far enough you go full circle and end up back at socialism!
