For me I just have a knowing feeling !! 

Why being so busy thinking of yesterday or tomorrow when the moment is in my opinion where it happens !!!

I do not have to dwell on the past or the future just merely looking as to where I am at this moment in time & of course the journey I took to get there without it taking all my time & effort 

My thoughts only !!
