what would you like to see new when the new mods take over... I would like an edit button...... and it takes 5 or 6 people to report someone..

We're not allowed to N & S on here. In times past people were N's & S'd which later proved to be wrong. The old Q & A was rife with it and even "respected" posters indulged in AWing. Again, it later was proved to be wrong.

We can suspect someone, but we've no way of proving it unless they're daft enough to give themselves away in a code 42.

It's when someone answers as if they were in their "normal" ID but they've forgotten they were logged in with another ID.

Those of ill intent post to someone making unpleasant remarks but they've forgotten which ID they were signed in with and give away who they really are.

It's still a code 42 if someone posts pleasantly but again, they've forgotten that they were signed in with an ID no-one "knows".

hi all, and what of those people who don't sell but just buy? I have a rating of 22 but that's just pure buy, are people saying I should not be allowed to post here, if so then I could easily buy elsewhere.

No-one actually explained where a code 42 came from in relationship to the boards or who dreamed it up but error code 42 in Windows is when a duplicate device is detected.

No one said that Pete.. to keep trolls out there should be at least 5 buy or sells or a mixture of both as they will have to give a real address..

hi #26, being Geordie you do have to explain things to me, but I see your point, get a score on the door before you can post. that's the same as an astronomy forum I use, you must have ten posts on the chat forums before you can enter their buy sell section.

Give new members the Q&A board..and then they need 5 feed backs to join other boards or sell or buys..that way they have no one to troll.
