four or more of my items have been delivered and the tracking hasn't updated but the buyers have told me they've received items. And I still can't get my money. Trying to talk to eBay agents is proving awful like they can't be bothered with more than one order at a time. I have money to receive and I can't get it

Sorry they haven't been helpful. eBay did promise they could be contacted to release money as long as the tracking was showing delivered on the courier's website, but I expect they are inundated at the moment. But even without tracking you will get the money after 14 days.

So I have to wait two weeks for money? When you used to get it so much easier. But I'm selling my things because I need the money now I'm not parting with my items for a long haul wait. Also let's say for example if someone misplaces a receipt or loses tracking information that's unfair also. Because if you lost a receipt of tracking you'd be waiting for the delivery confirmation that you can't type in! I've contacted all my buyers and they've all received items and left a message in the chat as proof, and I still can't get my money and I need that money for daily life!

It's my son's birthday tomorrow that money was for taking him out seriously 😳 what am I supposed to do. I thought I'd be paid by now. If the tracking hasn't updated (not my fault) that is my money, it would be fine if their was a issue and customer needed a refund but nobody does everyone has declared they are happy and have received their items.
And muggins here still has nothing for my sales

Also if anyone knows how I make a complaint against some of the agents that would be great, as if a issue isn't up their street of ease they've just left the chat. Disgusting and as a eBay user of several years I am not sure I like it anymore since the changes you've made.

We are all members here like yourself, and subject to the same rules. It is a 14 day wait if you do not have tracking to show delivery.
Those proof of postings Must be kept safe for at least 6 months, don't lose them, they could save you a lot of money if an item was claimed to be not received or a chargeback made months later.

No point they know nothing, i asked why my refunds were being taken out of available balance instead of pending that i was waiting on for 14 days and they didn't even know that was supposed to happen. I was then given a supposed specialist who was just as useless. They will pass the message on is all that you ever get. Yes people are relying on this to survive in many cases i feel for you. I sell to pay for my rescued animals upkeep

I've been a member for years I have never lost a receipt before I don't need that advice. It's a one off situation. We are all recipients.
Oh nevermind

I only mentioned the importance of keeping a receipt safe, because you did mention anyone losing it in your opening post.

Well even with the advice of holding them tight some people will accidentally drop one and it blows off, or misplaced it. It's not the advice I needed too be fair. I was hypothetical saying the system is naff. And human errors happen on a daily x it should be as easy as they've got their order here is your money with or without tracking.

It wasn't advice, just answering to your given example. Absolutely no offense intended .
The new system is not liked by many, but seemingly here to stay.
Tracking in the future will now release payouts sooner, with no tracking payouts are held for 14 days.
