Not playing....
Because I don't think you can get any worse then taking commission on postage and packaging costs.
The further you send it the more commission they take.

1 ..... 25p per question relating to eBay asked on the forums. Paid via Paypal and it will be up to eBay to decide which questions relate to eBay and which ones don't. Ebay have a 5 year grace period to return wrongly charged posts.
2 ..... Ebay to allow all trolls a 5 year probation period. In other words, suspected trolls can do whatever and say whatever they like for 5 years before being banned from all forums for a period of no less than 30 minutes.
3 ..... By the same token, regular posters that post a smilie face with no actual text included will be banned for a month immediately.
Those will do for now.

Ebay has become more of a volume commercial site. Worth noting for some, that it is primarily a shopping site, and not in the business of providing free chat-boards.
Those boards remain free, though obviously cost money to run, maintain and moderate. I can see a reason to provide support for it's own help boards, less so for it's chat boards.
I doubt whether anything but self-regulation would please some, and their fairy stories reflect that. Bill and Ben's mate

Are there many? This is the first that I've seen.
James was prolific in comparison.
