Question for the clever types

What's the name of the website where you can go to to see reports of how people have fared in the past at various jobs.

For example, painters, carpenters, gardeners etc, that will come round to your house and do odd - jobs and the web site shows how good they were. I know that you can get them all over the country,

EMB ........ That firm didn't work out because it was only for trades people, not general stuff. But I found a place called "ratedpeople.com" so I gave them a try.
