It's a few weeks since Hooky was deported back to his own country for a trial but guess what?
You got it. You got it it in ine go. Down in one.
Released as a totally free man with no charges against him at all.
I wonder how much that all cost us before, during and after he was deported?
Millions? and nothing to show for it.

Steve ... Hooky is the other THING! Abu Qatada below is who you are thinking of.
What ever happened to the torture and death threats he would be subjected to if he was returned to Jordan?
Here he is. And that's his wife. Well you can just about make her eyes out.

The threats of torture were removed following a treaty between the UK and Jordan -a treaty that also saw the 'guilty' verdict reached in Qatada's set aside - a treaty that ensured that evidence obtained by torture would not be used in any legal proceedings in Jordan.
He is out of the country now with little chance of returning, which in my opinion is no bad thing.

My apologies.
They all look the same to me.

Just shows why the Crown Prosecution service never ever brought any charges against Him, while he was here
