This isn't another Feedback thread. I'm just looking for info on how to use the feedback system.
I've left feedback for a completed eBay trade that started badly but ended well. There's not enough space in the 80 character bit to let potential buyers of this guys stuff know how good he is. However, I seem to recall that you can add a bit more on another line called "Follow up" but I can't figure out how you get to it. Any clues?
