Help identifying Steiff & Hermann bears!!

Can someone offer any information on these bears? Anything would help, age? rarity? value?

Looks like the large one is part of the 0202 series (Teddy, Caramel) but could be wrong

Do they not have a label on the leg?

They haven't arrived yet lol 

The Steiff does have a button in his ear...

Should be getting delivered today, I'll take some better pics and get them up once they do.
