Been some rain today, it started off dull, dark, wet and misty, it brightened up in the afternoon. It was raining again earlier tonight but it's stopped now.

The ice has all gone from the lake, now there's loads of sticks and branches floating about!

Been a lotta Sun before those pesky clouds arrived but the wind got up and it was cold.

 It's been cold and windy again today here.

Goodnight Margie. It was calm this morning but the wind got up around lunch time. When I went to the lake it started to rain but it'd stopped by the time I got there.

It's been raining most of the day here, it's still raining ☔️.

No fireworks 💥 yet.

There they go, first of the fireworks, no movement from the dogs.

Goodnight Margie. It wasn't raining this morning, just dark, damp and misty but by dinner time the fog came down, visibility was about 100 yards but by 1:30pm it had suddenly lifted and I could see 20 miles or more. By 4:30pm it was pouring with rain and it's not long stopped which probably held the fireworks off until late on. The fireworks seem to have finished here now.

It's been quite sunny today with a clear Blue sky but now there's a hard frost so probably tomorrow won't be very warm?

It's been a nice day here, very breezy but sunny and mild.

Goodnight Margie, been a mixed day here of Sunshine, showers, rainbows, wind, oh, and more Sunshine. The same chap was back fishing at the lake, he said he wasn't having such a good day as he had on Monday. The geese were talking to me again.... I told 'em they were lucky to have survived Christmas, they look pretty fat to me.

The geese were following us around today. They didn't want to pick food up from the ground, they wanted to take it out of the hand of the lady who often feeds them.

Been a day of cloud, wind, drizzle on and off and the odd sunny period. I've been meaning to say for a few days that the Daffodils are coming up. The mild weather after that cold snap must have made them think Spring has arrived? If we have another cold snap it might see them off?
