Very Wet Here, But No Rain Snow Or Wind

Want some of ours?     We have 5 ins of snow.    All side roads impassable......cars getting stuck on the main roads.     Buses suspended or delayed and throwing the timetable out the window.   Ubers have increased their prices by 4............  thats if they bother to turn up.  Folk who work at our main large hospital are asking for help to get to work from anyone with a 4x4.

Theres been a light snow shower overnight.

Good Morning Petal & Margie, the Sun's shining out of a clear Blue sky. After the very rapid thaw yesterday, there's been a hard frost overnight and it looks like it's still freezing in the shade.

Dark, Cold And Strong Gusts Of Wind

Good morning all 

Its been snowing through the night.

Now it’s raining and very dark for this time of the morning.

We ended up with 6 - 7 inches of snow.      A lot of side roads are still no go areas.   Now its just all frozen 😞 

Have to wait and see if its possible for people to get to work tomorrow.   Our roads been gritted 3 times and still hardly passable.    My son had a work from home day Friday as they shut his place of work......they have never done that before. 

A lot on FB are complaining about no bin collections.........even though the council have said they will collect asap.       If thats all they have to worry about........

Good Morning Petal, Margie & Glyn. Virtually all the snow's gone from here and so has last night's hard frost. It's very dark and damp with a strong breeze, visibility about 2 miles.
