My bestest friend works for Tesco and she knows all the offers too.

If we want summat then she will get it for us with her staff discount.

she works in the money office sorting all the tills and the wages.

Ive asked her for some of the cash she gets but she wont get it for me the meany ;).

she tells me how much they can make in a day.

She shouldnt I know but she shows me how they cheat staff and customers.

Theyre a cheating load the greedy barstewards.

Customer thinks theyre getting good deals but dont often.

At least I know where all the reduced items are and sometimes theyre not reduced by much but there are times Ive had a good deal.

There was a pack of 6 yoghurts that had a ripped cover.

It didnt have a reduced sign on it.

It should have been £2.99.

I asked one of the staff how much so she went of to check.

She came back and said £1.19 so I had em:)

They were still in date too:)

I know - some of the best bargains are there - but watch the reduced price as sometimes they will only reduce by 25% until it gets nearer the use /sell by date then it will reduce by 75% - reason being they want to get as much as they can for reduced products so they can keep their wastage costs down.

For me 25% off is a waste of time - I only gor for he real bargains.

I used to know the times the prices went down but I think theyve changed the timing.

Its the bosses being greedy.

Bet they loose alot not reducing alot till nearly closing time.

I used to be able to get bread and milk at 1p at times.

Not often now:( cos I dont go shopping at 7pm or 8pm or whenever they close.

We have one Chinese guy - apparently owns a restauant in town - he comes in every Sunday at 3.45pm (close at 4.00pm) with a huge trolly -fills it with everything from meat - pies-salad stuff-chickens/roasts-chillers reduced bins - everything in his trolley will be priced at 9p yes 9p and he'll have the trolley full.

Rumour has it that all this reduced stuff is used in his restaurant:_|

Once got a takeaway from there before I found out it was the worst meal I'd ever had -now I know why.:_|

I hope his treatments help him, but the doctor missed one form of cancer and now my brother is fighting it, and I am scared to death, I pray to God to spare him.
