well to be honest ....before last post i fell over in the street comming back from shop,cought my foot on kerp and went stright down.....i,m ok apart from sore toe and chip on knee though

Ive got a poorly toe but mine is cos I bashed it over a week ago on the bottom of kitchen cabinet door.
The toe is very badly bruised and Im gonna loose the toe nail.
I have to have it dressed every other day.
Its got a fatching white dressing on it since Friday.
Gonna have the dressing changed tomorrow then again on Wednesday and again next Friday then same rigmarole the following week.
Sad Dunno I cant take intoxicating stuff or it could make me ill with all the tablets I have to have.
