Click on picture which then shows the resizing handles around image. I drag from bottom right corner.
But I do it by putting the html into my prefernces so I don't see the picture before I post it

and put your code in the top part.
When picture appears in the bottom part, you left click to highlight it & drag into the reply box on this thread.

Right click on the link and choose> open in new window.
Go back to the tab which is this thread and open the reply box. Then drag the image into the reply box which is in the taskbar at bottom of your screen.
