Hi Dixie, there is some funny stuff captured on camera
Wow, that bloke has some agility!
I never managed a somersault either [too top heavy ]. Tried from a spring board and made quite a splash, lol.

I've done a bit of gymnastics in my time, but what the proper athletes can do is mindboggling. Haha, just noticed the guy on the
trampoline in the background.
The optometrist who did the measurements told me to go for the middle range lenses, (+£50)
they are the best lenses, apparently better than the £100 .
Was very grateful for the advise
The younger one, who I choose the frames with, wanted to push for the top range, when he realised I am happy to pay extra...and I easily might have - this being my eyes!!!
And since it is BOOTS Opticians I am getting a shed load of points on my Boots card.

Hi everyone I'm late again.
Most of you will be tucked up warm in bed, except the night owls.
Ooh Dunno, I love 'Allsorts' and especially the Blue aniseed ones Lefty mentioned...yum!
Hi Dixie, yes I saw that name pmsl.
Good luck with your new specs. I went for the top range varifocals on the advice of optician at Tescos, bloody expensive too! 2nd pair I went for middle range VF...not much difference in vision but cheaper.
I'm in need of new specs as the ones I have now are scratched to f * * k.

Well this Bunny is shattered, sweet dreams all xx

Ah, man Bunny, just missed you again.
Go to Boots Optician for the next glasses, get a Boots advantage card (if you don't have one already) and have the points put on there.
It's like a 4points per pound spend, 1 point being 1 p!!! you know how quickly that adds up? Then you just use the funds off the card when you feel like it.

Hello and happy no knickers Friday.

Dixie we're like ships that pass in the night, lol.
I do have a boots card although I don't shop there too often. It is worth considering their opticians in reference to the points earned...more than Tesco points that's for sure.
