'Twas rather hot in London today... Spent 3 hours with mym mum on Skype video call and fiddled with her lappy via Team Viewer - pic quality not that great, but at least she can still access all, even whilst I have access.
Now, I've changed her Gmail to a nice light blue (wish I could do that with Virgin mail) and filled up her address book. Online based she'll never need loose emails again (like the ones on her old puter...)
