I had another bad night last night.
Went to bed 11.30pm, up at 12.05am.
Went into the kitchen, went out and ahad a cig.
ame in and sroke me cat.
Had another sleeping tablet. Went to the sink for some water.

When I had it with my tablet I then sat down and I think the sleeping tablets Id taken earlier worked cos I woke up at 5.30am (approx) facing the sink still in my wheelchair.
I made a cuppa and went into the front room with it.
I was woken by my wife at 6.55am. The cuppa tea that I had made earlier was on my table untouched.
Im gonna have a better night tonight Ive decided.
