If the poor animal had it's legs tied up all day it must have been in considerable pain from not being able to move, and driven insane by the heat. What do these people expect when they abuse their animals this way. Serves him right. Maybe now his friends will think twice before they inflict such neglect. No doubt the animal will now be killed or abused even further as a punishment. .
