But not accountancy trainee Emma Way. The 21-year-old’s first thought was to boast about the incident on Twitter.

Writing under the name @emmaway20, she tweeted: ‘Definitely knocked a cyclist off his bike earlier – I have right of way he doesn’t even pay road tax! #bloodycyclists’.

No-one pays road tax in the uk, everyone who pays council tax pays

for the upkeep of the roads and as far as I know no-one has a right

of way on the roads except,maybe, pedestrians on crossings?

Even if he was in the wrong, if she thought for one minute she'd knocked someone off their bike, she should have stopped to make sure he was ok! She could've killed him for all she knew! What's wrong with people these days?... Then she had to tell everyone on Twitter what she had done..
