I'm trying really hard to settle down and do some serious listing today, but so far I haven't even managed one! First I got visitors, then a shedload of deliveries and now just as I was about to start, a Golden Eagle flew past my window.
I think I'll just give up, pop the sprog in the pushchair and see if we can see the eagle again. It's a pain when a day's plans go wrong, but at least we have the freedom to please ourselves and change plans when we want or need to.

I am sooo jealous .
I got all excited today at spotting a kite hovering over the playing field opposite out house and you spot a Golden Eagle!
Its moments like that that remind one why we keep struggling away with ebay I do have to say.
I have been trying to list as well and have managed the grand total of 3.
This lovely sunshine is confusing me as well.

I have to confess, I too get distracted when golden eagles fly past my window, particularly when they disturb the herd of wildebeest that are sweeping majestically across the plain.

lol all I get distracted by flying past my window is the plastic carrier bags & litter..
But I agree, distractions are so easy when working from home, always trying to tell myself off, mountains of stock I really should list (at a guess, I have 1050 ish listings up and running if I sort out the boxes of stock I have sat here in cupboards etc, I could probably reach at least another 500 thats how bad mine gets) aswell as so many ideas for my own designs I need to sit down and do, I sat and made around 10 styles last week I still have not got listed, I'm terrible 😞
It's all good, by the time I get around to listing I could class as "vintage" to it and get more money for them lol
I'm such a lazy person!

Oh thank goodness, I wondered where he'd flown off to, please can point him south so he finds his way home.
He's called Ed
Thanks in advance 😉

I'm having a bad day and haven't done the pile I had to list either....sigh... I really must get stuck in, I don't even have any golden eagles as an excuse!

I'm distracted by the super rare teenager species seen mowing the lawn!! Can't remember the last time I saw one of those doing that! Usually they hibernate at this time of year in dark rooms curtains drawn...

Distractions eh?
Painting the side fence green this morning, next door neighbour pulls up,unloads a pile of shopping “just been to the new Aldi’s,been there yet Joe?” No I tell him and carry on painting
bit later Joan from across the street pulls up and starts unloading Aldi shopping bags, she looks over and nods at the bags,I tell her no,I haven’t been there yet,she says “did you not get the leaflet?” no I tell her,not bothering to explain
We don’t get any leaflets since an unfortunate incident with our dearly departed jack russel and a leaflet distributors fingers
,anyway time for a cup of tea,I get in and the missus says,”Joe the new Aldi’s has opened today”,I know I say,”fancy a trip up threre,
Probably got some opening offers on” ok then,I get changed and we drive up there
Pull in the car park and have to drive around 5 times before we spot a space at the
Same time as a woman in a black Audi TT,she gives a sort of disdainful look at my
Car (probably spotting the dent in the side rear door) and decides to give way with
A nod,I wave to thank her and she looks away, snob I think,
anyway we get in and
Of course it’s chock a block with everyone travelling round the same way, suddenly
Coming against the flow a woman with a guide dog creates a bit of a stir, the
Woman in front of us bumps into her, accidently no doubt, the woman with the
Guide dog tuts loudly and says “it’s just as well I,m not blind isn’t it henry”
Maybe training the dog I think,
,eventually we get to the checkout expecting
To be rushed through at breakneck speed (been to other Aldi’s you see)
But they must have slowed the conveyor belt down for the opening and they
Had a young lass on actually packing your bags! She filled our 2 bags for life
And started packing the rest into FREE Aldi’s carrier bags, great service
I thought,but it won’t last,anyway we,or should I say I get to pay the
60 odd pound bill, the cashier says “did you not get a leaflet” no I tell her,
shame she says as there were money off coupons with it!
