Hello to all our old friends and newcomers alike. Welcome to Bill & Charlie's Bar - the place to meet other posters and to sit and chat while you sample your favourite tipple. Plenty to drink, lots of joking but alas no smoking.

We are open all hours (hic) and run a respectable Bar. (Although I argued with Charlie until I was blue in the face over that one!) No swearing, spitting or drun..drunk...drunken beeeehaviour (hic). We have a couple of bouncers to hand ~ she comes in on Friday nights.

Teetotallers are welcome and will be treated as normal. I jest ~ soft drinks are available at the bar along with light snacks. And finally, please use the emergency exit when Bill rambles on about the good ol' days and put plugs in your ears when Charlie 'sings'.

Wierd - I don't understand it - on new puter, hardly anything on it, but it is like wading through treacle, and when I got into ebay there was nothing top right for community etc. I thought eBay had nuked the boards and I would never see any of you again ! :_|

BTW - B&C :-x  I'm afraid I won't be able to do a roast this weekend - will be working flat out and maybe not on here. But I will do a good one soon 🙂

Have you tweaked the colour on your's harry? It's made me hungry but I thought it was a bit lurid !

No - I'm on my brand new flash all-in-one desktop - Loads of memory and ram left etc. Have hardly anything on it. It's probably phone lines.

Anyway, what have I missed? Are you all drunk? And why is harry's mule wearing trousers?

Err-no that looks greasy. I'm quite happy with the bright roast thankyou. But my stomach is rumbling now and I'm gagging for a Sunday lunch :_|
