Aaarrrgghhh body clocks are a pain !

My weekend off and that bleeding body clock of mine will just not let me sleep past a certain hour !

Awoke at 0400 as normal and I am one of those people that once awake I must get up ! no point in laying on as I will not fall back asleep.

Oh well hope you all have a good day when you wake.

Hi Al, 

         yeah to a certain extent !  36 slates off the roof and water coming through the ceiling into spare bedroom, just redecorated it before it happened as well. The bit you may have seen on telly with the orange lifebuoy on the wall is about 150 yards from where we are.

I was working that day so watched it later online on BBC.

My mates brother, was well chuffed, he owns a shop in Saltcoats supplying paint & hardware etc

We just got roof repaired this week Al so its up to B&Q for stain block to paint on ceiling before redecorating again. Thats the worst of living in a listed building with slates on the roof and the back of it exposed to all the bad weather !

At least we have A**a at the back as well so its not to far to go for some medicinal Dr Grouse  to dull the pain .
