type of sellers not being policed by Ebay

It is obvious that there are sellers claiming to be private ones when they are obviously business sellers .

I have pointed this out to Ebay and received an acknowledgement BUT no action has been taken.

I presume this puts buyers at risk from these 'avoiders ' of the legislation protecting people when buying from firms.

Members here have been reporting these sellers since time immemorial yet nothing is ever done.

I suggest you just don't buy from them and don't give them your custom. I can't think how else to show your feelings about them.
