theft

I know of 2 accounts are selling products that the seller has been stealing from my warehouse. The seller was our operations manager until he was questioned 2 weeks ago and then he resigned. I have reported this to the police. All the products are items from our warehouse. Stock checks have taken place and the stock is down. The images used on ebay also belong to BES and have been used without our prior consent. We own them so they need to be taken down.
I have asked the police to let us know the extent of the sales and bank account details, as I can only see the reviews but I can see that the sales come to a considerable amount of money, thousands of pounds in fact.
The activity was brought to our attention by a buyer who has said they will fully cooperate with ebay and the police and has forwarded images of our products with our labels on. I have tried to contact ebay but the complaints form doesn't work. How are you supposed to report a seller??

You can contact them and make them aware of the situation although they will probably leave it for the Police to investigate. Assuming you have a CRN, then ask them to make a note of it on your account and the sellers account.

This really is in the hands of the Police and all you can do is provide them with as much information as you can and let them investigate the crime.

Edit: meant to add, take as many screenshots as you can of the listings and an estimated stock value. Items for sale and sold. They may delete the active listings and Ebay may not provide this information in the future so collect as much evidence as you can.
