Hi to all I recently purchased two extending ladders from two different suppliers but have now been informed that they are not fit for use , as they are dangerous and liable to collapse , my problem is I do not know how to explain this to e bay and get them to take action , can you help by explaining to me what steps to make any help will be great thanks . James

If your item is not fit for purpose, and it hasn't been more than 30 days since you received it, you can open a return request here, so the seller can take the item back and issue you with a refund. If you received the item more than 30 days ago, it wouldn't be protected by our money back guarantee policy. If that's the case, you can contact the seller to try arrange a return with them directly, but in that scenario we wouldn't be able to get involved as the item would be outside of our coverage period.

If yes marco advice is correct.
but have now been informed that they are not fit for use , how did you come by this intonation?
i used to sell ladders in a trade supplier and they come in different classes a diy set cannot be used for trade for example.
