"Promotion ad"

I've just listed an item and it's immediately asked me to "Promote your item". I don't want to promote my item, is there any way to get rid of it please?

Promotion is optional not mandatory,  tick you tick the little slider to blue when you listed your item?

If it is not currently promoted, you do not have to select the option.

Have you promoted it and wish to cancel the promotion, if you are on the Seller hub,  tick the Edit left of the item and select ....  Edit Promotion.
