Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed an issue with the eBay Android app where the selling screen no longer appears to update listing view counts correctly.
Previously, when seeing the active listings in the Selling section of the Android app, the “views” count would update regularly throughout the day for the few latest listings you can see. However, over the last few days the figures now appear to be 0 - no matter what the actual figure is .
What I’m seeing:
- Listings receiving watchers and sales activity
- Traffic still appearing normal overall
- But the view counts in the Android app are not updating correctly
- Some listings remain unchanged for long periods
- Desktop view may show different figures
I’ve already tried:
- Force closing the app
- Clearing cache
- Logging out/in
- Updating to the latest Android app version
Device:
- Android - Pixel 10XL
- Latest eBay app version installed
Can anyone confirm whether this is a known issue or if others are experiencing the same problem?
