Wrong postage charged by Ebay to me

I've noticed on one of my sale invoices that Ebay is showing the postage cost (bought through Ebay Royal Mail) as £8.50 when in fact my label was 31.90 (and I have the label).

How do I get this amended and then have Ebay credit me the amount they have withheld for postage by mistake?

If you can provide the item number included in the order I can have a further look.

If there was any fee credits needed to be processed it would need to be done by customer support through the contact us option on your account.  We don't have access to do credits here.
