Withdrawing mt ebay balance

OK I'll try again! On the EBAY site I cannot find any option to withdraw my ebay balance. Every "HELP! option I've tried says "go to PAYMENTS select SUMMARY click the right button on the blue box and select WITHDRAW. This doesn't work. When I click the button on the bluse box I see no WITHDRAW option - just EBAY telling me how I can spend my balance on buying stuff. Someone please give me instructions that actually work??

The withdraw option is at the very bottom. If your using a laptop it might be the screen size is to big for it to show.

I've seen a similar post, and I just want to make sure that you were able to find the button in question ok since you posted this? I've just checked and it is there, but please let me know if you still can't see it.
