We’re experiencing a temporary delay in tracking updates - please check the carrier’s website

Hello there, I am facing this issue on my all orders for 3 days now, I have been shipping all my orders in committed handling time and item is on the way to the buyers. Events on the courier website are working properly but on the tracking details from the orders page only label created shown. 

My main question is why this is happening or anyone from the support have noticed it to rectify? Also if they count against LDR (Late delivery rate) who is responsible at that point?

I'm experiencing the same issue with an Evri parcel. So annoying, especially when we dispatch quickly. An eBay agent has logged a complaint but there is still no change on here!

Just a quick update.. The tracking info suddenly appeared a few hours after delivery.
