Hello, please can anyone help me as I am going around in circles? I sold a necklace which did not pass its verification even though it should of. The necklace is being returned by DPD but they say I need a code which I have not got. When the delivery driver showed me the start of the email address it is not mine or the last 3 digits of the mobile number. I have checked my details security and they are correct. I do not know where or why they have the wrong email and mobile number as all my other purchases have been delivered fine.

I've not used them but thought it was the authenticator who receives the code for returns. If no one else on here can help you can contact ebay and see what they say. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

Hi mollie1f, thanks for your post.
Just as advised above, in this kind of cases if you still are experiencing the same, the best thing to do is contacting us as only the authenticity guarantee team can action these cases.
Thank you,
Marco

Thanks for your reply, mollie1f.
To contact them, you just need to contact us the usual way, and once they see it is about an AG transaction, you'll be transferred to them, so they can look into it for you.
If you click here and scroll all the way down, you can see out contact options.
Thank you,
Marco
