The app is not working

I can’t log in through the app to any of my shops. I have reset passwords / cleared history/ cleared cookies and nothing is working.

The app is not working

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

 

Make sure it is the latest possible version that works with that operating system.

 

Or else use a browser instead.

Hi number-thirty-four, thanks for your post.

 

I'm presuming you probably did this, but I will suggest it anyway in case you didn't as you didn't mention it above, but you can try deleting and reinstalling the app if this problem is still ongoing. If that doesn't fix the issue, please let me know and I will be happy to take a further look for you.
