Sell Through Rate not working?

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone else is noticing that the terrapeak sell through rate isnt returning a value?

Facing same issue here - there are definitely sales on the products that i am attempting to research - however no sell through rate

It is now working okay. It was a problem on eBays side. Live chat confirmed this with me.
