Whereabouts ' abroad' are we talking about here, as there are issues with items being sold to the States, not sure if that has been resolved concerning the new tariffs imposed there.
Other countries due to the current ' peace' instability, for example Israel and Iran ( um not Iraq as eBay Announcement states! 🙄 ) have also had international shipping suspended.
