A new technical issue
Upon listing today in app there is only ONE postage option. When clicking " Delivery" to edit the page is blank. This has only happened today. So unfortunately it's showing 2nd class parcel but even the measurements are incorrect. It says o x o x o cm & no weight . Which is of course is NOT a valid size. A fix or at least an admission would be helpful. I've uninstalled/ reinstalled, changed browsers, cleared cache cookies etc. To no avail. Same on mobile or desktop website which I don't lile to use hence I prefer apps usually. Clearly another technical issue since the update. Im on Samsung S21FE OS 14. So i have the mimimum requirements to operate. See attached screenshot. I've also screen recorded nut cant upload here - to show that when I try to edit my postage options there's no tool to select the courier & prices from the drop down menu. Just a blank screen
Please add this to the message board as again - only happened since the update. Listing is now long, difficult & unenjoyable.

Hi njluxe, thanks for your post.
I've just tested this from my app, and it is giving me all options available. Could you please try deleting and reinstalling the latest app version, and make sure that Simple Delivery is not enabled while listing your item, and let me know if that fixes the issue? If it doesn't, please let me know and I will take a further look.

Hi Marco. The old layout was so simple ie -you could select postage & manually input your own price. Now the options show o x o x o cm. So it's not even the correct measurements. Needs further improvement as it's making listing more complicated & takes longer. Thank you
